"The breakfast was great and was a wonderful addition to the trip. It’s just like any other hotel breakfast with the waffles and the oatmeal yogurt, etc. The staff in the kitchen area were wonderful. They were actually the only staff members I encountered that actually acknowledged you with a smile and a hello. Front desk staff was very rude and un empathetic of long travelers. Each time we walked into the hotel after being in Disney or leaving to go to Disney not a high hello welcome back...

"We called the front desk for more coffee that was never brought to us. The desk staff seemed to love very slowly so waiting to get direct help was also a pain. The staff in the cafe was very helpful. Shuttle drivers to Disneyland were fairly friendly as well. Will not stay again."
