It is a bit far from city center but with your own transportation, it is not a problem. excellent stay and highly recommended"

Half way between Telavi and Sighnaghi, 2 km South of Gurjaani is the church Kvelatsminda - an absolute "must see", if you pass by. The church was built in the 8th/9th century and features a long structure building topped by two domes. The interior is already a clear 3-hall basilica and the height is impressive! In Gurjaani you drive up-hill for 2km then park the car and walk down-hill for approx. 300m.
