"The pictures are not real, sheets were dirty (probably re used without washing) breakfast said from 7:30 and when we tried to get breakfast they said they had no idea we were having breakfast at that time, the place is truly in decay, floors broken, painting of walls is needed… I have photos if necessary "

"We began with a nice room facing Mt.Chimborazo, but the WiFi didn’t work in that room. After complaining, we were moved into a huge room that had an adjoining room with a fireplace (no wood) and a nice seating area that we were unable to use. The WiFi worked OK but we scheduled breakfast for 7am to catch a bus to Aluasi but no one was there when we came for breakfast, so we skipped it and made our bus deadline. Overall the hotel was OK, considering we were the only guests there."
