"Considering the recent earthquake, I can understand the renovation being done on the property, but I did not like the location. Also, there were too many lights on in the room - TV, Air-conditioner,
The property is not well kept."
"Good hotel to be near the universities. Sadly my room was in the floor 1 and there was a lot of noise from the reception. The doorbell was noisy at 4-5am."
"I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!"
"That hotel was a disaster; there were cracks in the ceiling—it was a safety hazard. They didn't clean the room, and there were no clean towels. We asked one of the staff members for towels and were told they didn't have any, though ten minutes later she brought us one. The food wasn't fresh. The photos on the website didn't match the actual hotel; it looked old and neglected. Expedia should be more careful with the information these hotels provide."
"Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients.
The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good.
The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali."
"The hotel and staff was amazing! Staff was always so nice and attentive. I was very pleased with my stay and highly recommend others to book here. One of my best experiences in a hotel especially it being out of the country."
