"The room is very spacious and clean with separate toilet and shower area. The carpark is free with wide entrance and parking lots are plentiful. The balcony view is picturesque. However there is room for improvement on breakfast selection. Also the quality and taste can be better. Credit is due for polite and helpful staff. Location is good right in the centre of Tanah Ratah. The hotel is recommended for those staying in Cameron Highlands."

"The hotel is located in the old town, with clean rooms and courteous staff. There are many coffee shops and eateries in the vicinity. Concubine Lane is just a 5 min walk from the hotel."

"Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there."
