There was a number to call as you need a code to get in the building when reception isn't open which is only between 1 and 9 pm. They told me that they normally send a code and instructions via text but Expedia didn't send them my phone number. "Nice Hotel. The staff was very friendly. Ayesha (sp? Was super helpful, and friendly offering restaurant suggestions for our group. Very clean, and I LOVE the heated bathroom floor!! My ONLY complaint was it didn’t offer a lot of things nearby. For the price, an excellent value. "

Quiet street located in the suburbs. Self-service kiosk also in the hotel building. Wi-Fi worked ok. COVID measures strict, so it was safe to be there. Nice and friendly staff that spoke to English as well."
