"Everything was good except our bed in 518. It was extremely loud. The last receptionist was on the phone both times I asked her for directions. I’m getting now and this stuff irritates me "

"The outside of the hotel and lobby were decently nice. However, my room was atrocious. The top lock had been ripped off, the door to the adjoining room didn’t lock and they had pushed a desk against it. Shower was covered in scum, dust and grime on doors and floor. Stuff on the floor, stained sheets. I told the staff I couldn’t not stay here for the duration. They did offer another room or to make sure that no one stayed in the adjoining room….. but at that point, as a single woman, traveling alone …. I was already uneasy. The lady at the desk was very kind and understanding."
