"The hotel is very clean and nicely organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is spread across several buildings, so you need to walk outside to get to the spa, wellness area, and breakfast. Our room could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the flooring, which looked quite worn. Otherwise, everything is beautiful — the views are picture-perfect and the fresh mountain air is amazing."

Breakfast was very good and the hotel has a very good restaurant. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more wardrobe space, hooks/hangers and maybe a shoe rack for the wet shoes. "

Room was clean, spacious (double) with a small balcony. Pool, fitness room, location 5 minute walk to Bobsleigh Track and Cresta Run. Shuttle available at train station if needed. "We stayed at Hotel Steinbeck for 2 nights to catch the Bernina Express and really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in staff was very friendly and offered to carry the luggage to our room. It was a classic hotel with an excellent restaurant and we were served with nutritious breakfast of a good variety and the lady who run the restaurant for breakfast was very friendly and efficient. Pontresina is a nice little town with majestic views of the mountains surrounding it and it is very quiet...
