"Room was clean and larger than most that are in central London. We were given an accessible room which we didn’t need & so the shower was at a lower height than usual so had to sit to shower. Not great. The bed was comfortable but on the firm side. The self check in process is clumsy so feels inefficient. It’s obviously a great choice for a hotel if you have an early flight the next day."
"Restaurant food was good. Friendly staff. However, don’t rely on the shuttle to get you to the terminal. Two didn’t come so we were 40 mins late for checkin. It’s run by a 3rd party - but….."

"We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal."

I would not stay here again."
"Had a clean room and decent time finding our way in. Was somewhat tricky to find information about how to contact staff/when their hours were but we got along fine. No complaints about the room itself!"
