The receptionist (South African not New Zealand) makes things happen, excels in her role, professional from the outset. "The view from our balcony was outstanding. Gorgeous waters with access just across the street for swimming. Accommodations were spotless. Everything you need for a wonderful stay was in the unit. 15 minute easy walk to Fiscardo town. Anthony and family really do a fantastic job to create a complete and wonderful base for your holiday. My wife and I truly think the place was perfect!"
"This was our first hotel experience as a couple, as we normally hire a villa, car and fend for ourselves. However, family tragedies dictated that we needed to escape and be “looked after” in order to de-stress, rest and recharge our batteries after six weeks of heartache.
To a large extent, the Karavados Beach Hotel allowed us to do that, but ….. there were a few things that could’ve been better - let’s get those out of the way first ……
The main disappointment, and not the hotel’s fault per se,...
"Loved it. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and memory foam pillows were excellent! Breakfast was plentiful and rooms fine if not a little small"
"Your have to cross the street and you are on the beach.
There are sufficient umbrellas and chairs available.
Beach and water are very clean.
We were in the newer building at the end of the Hotel complex. The room was comfortable and calm.
