"We booked the hotel to visit our daughter who is starting University very shortly. Historically we had been to many Hilton’s as my husband used to travel for work but no longer does. The hotel was modern, light, clean and the rooms spacious. However, we brought our well behaved dog as the hotel said it was pet friendly, this is not really the case. Yes, you can have your pet in your room but you cannot bring them into the restaurant and you also cannot leave them in the room while you eat....

"Usually stay at another well known budget hotel..We were delighted with this hotel..The cost was much cheaper than the orher one and the fact that it included a good breakfast. The staff were brilliant and helpful We will be staying with Holiday express in the future..well done."

"Josh was very understanding as i had someone who couldnt use stairs for long but was helped. Josh also offered to help with our suitcase but we had it sorted, however the gesture was definitely appreciated, Josh definitely has a great hospitality attitude, also Josh is very patient, not once was a face pulled :) Cant fail to mention (i think) the name is Angela, well dressed, i hope Angella is FOHM, definitely handles self with grace. The 2 wre kind and professional. As a hotel manager i think...
