"It was our best experience. It’s very close to train station and Main Street. Though the hotel is on a hill and if you have luggage or elderly with walking issues then not a good idea ,for us that was not an issue. They do send car for pickup. But other than that everything else was awesome, beautiful room, great view from our balcony, kind helpful staff, decent breakfast. We would surely come again"

"Helpful in getting us our paragliding, but a struggle on zipline. Hot tub help was excellent. The breakfasts were creat, but prices in Grindelwald are high. It is the most beautiful place on earth, however. Cloudy raining 2 if 3 days."

"Location from train station is close to 15 mins walk while pushing the luggage, however, it’s very near to Grindelwald First. Reception leaves by 9pm so if you need anything, no one is around to help. The housekeeping forgot to leave packets of body soap/ shampoo after cleaning our room. Breakfast is good though. "

"We loved the property but are here in an odd time between winter and summer season. This weekend none of the lifts were operating and are just about a week early from more of the restaurants being open! Our stay was great, comfortable, and slept well with a comfy bed and quiet town."

"Easy quick stay one night stay in a beautiful location. New renovated, clean. Easy self check-in. Parking is easy and free in front of the hotel too. One thing they could do is to clean the waterboiler, cause it wasn’t functioning correctly anymore, because of the calcium deposits. Other than that, nice staff and great service in the morning during breakfast"

"Very friendly people. Right away we felt like home. We had a room with a large terrace overlooking fields, waterfalls and mountains. An excellent buffet breakfast is provided and supper is available in the evening. We eat every evening: food was pleasant and gave us the possibility to connect with other guests "
