"I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay."
"The rooms are lovely… however, the curtains are paper thin and allow all the glaring garden lighting coming through curtains. The light into the room is unacceptable. It is an easy fix, but management didn’t bother talking to me. Instead it went through the front desk. Do your job management. You have a lovely hotel. Fix the lighting and curtains.."
"Glamping sites are very close one to each other so you can hear all other guests loudly. Resort doesn't have curfew or noise rules and most of guests doesn't seem to understand that camping noise is more disturbing than in hotel room. In summary, the resort is great but dont expect calm nights of sleep. Street "motorbike" noise can also be hear at night. resort should implement curfew at one point."
"Incredible staff and peaceful property. We’ve been traveling for about a month and I have had my best sleep and most relaxation here at Relax Bali. It feels like a friendly family extension. I can’t wait to return next time we visit Indonesia.
We enjoyed the spa, relaxing at our pool villa, and even trying scuba with a discovery dive. The restaurant is excellent and great transportation team helped book our transfer to Nusa Penida."
"Peace & quiet away from the hustle & bustle. Lovely views. Enjoyed the sauna & cold plunge, a lovely surprise. Staff were obliging & accommodating from organising transport, to ordering meals & cleaning. Total privacy, saw no other guests."
"Family Villa. Had to wait until 2.40pm to be able to go in as they only cleaned when we arrived a but before 2pm. There is building work next to it. Noisy grinding stop after 1st day but the workers still working and there was no privacy as they were right next to the pool area. On our last night I was awaken by loud conversation 2 male voices at 4.30am!
6 nights stay. Meant to be daily cleaning. We got random 2nd and 4th day cleaning only.
Breakfast was okay. Food choices nearby for delivery is...
"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...
"Second time here. Wonderful retreat along the lake. Close to Handara Gates and Botanical Gardens. Dewi and all the staff are awesome. Cabins are wonderful."
