Both Chris and Yolanda were so friendly and welcoming. Despite their packed schedule running both a pub and a b&b, they were always cheerful and kind. Parking was free and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The fruity shampoo and body shower gel were so fragrant. Breakfast was delicious! And Chris was kind enough to show us a few magic tricks during our breakfast time. It was simply magical. Wishing both Chris and Yolanda a relaxing and wonderful holiday vacation to US next year.

The staff are super - always welcoming and remember us from previous visits

Friendly staff, nice place. Food was good.

loved the look and location of this spot. kinda weird in a great way.

Lovely place. I would recommend it.

Great countryside hotel with lovely food. Staff were wonderful

Had a great stay here. The highlight is the owners and staff who are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It seemed really quiet despite being over a pub. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in the area.

We enjoy the area around for walks, it was ideal. The staf are friendly. The room is very comfortable. Very clean.

The Normanton Park hotel was excellent. The experience with Expedia and our original hotel booking was terrible. We booked several weeks in advance and had a confirmed booking by Expedia at the other hotel, the booking was cancelled at short notice by a phone call from the hotel. It took me 3 hours on the phone to get Expedia to find us another hotel in the area. The original hotel was no help at all, Expedia suggested we call the hotel direct and rebook at a higher cost. Expedia & the other...

This quaint hotel is a short, easy 10-minute walk from downtown Melton-Mowbray (plan to walk if you don't have your own car, as Uber hasn't found Melton yet and cabs are hard to come by at short notice). The grounds are well kept. Our room had a large, comfortable four-poster bed, and the bathroom was nicely outfitted with a large tub and shower attachment. The dining area looks out on the grounds and is bright and airy. We had a full English breakfast that was very good. All staff - front...

Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep.

For a budget stay, I couldn't fault it. Room was good size and comfortable with tea facilities. Had dinner in restaurant which was of very good standard, breakfast a great selection and friendly staff, also was a quiet stay. A better stay than some hotels at double the price.

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The building dates back to the 1600s. Very neat place super good meal. So happy we stayed

We loved this place, so much so, we will be back for a week in June. Cozy, loads of charm and wonderful staff!!

Food was great at the restaurants. Both dinner & Breakfast. Exceeded expectations!
