"Our room was incredibly stuffy, AC unit buttons were so worn and broken you had to guess how to operate it, mini fridge was inoperable and we were told there was no solution. We opted to just open the window (no screen) and listen to the heavy traffic all day. Pool was warm ish so we decided to get in, commented on it to the staff member, and went to go get dressed. While we were getting dressed, the staff member decided to fill it with the hose and brought the temperature down considerably and...
