She was excellent & has blacklisted the people who booked that room. Sleepless night compounded by the fact that the second morning, the people who booked the room two up from us left around 5am, slamming all their car doors, talking loudly, & "
"This is an older style motel but the rooms are clean, roomy and the bed is comfortable with crisp, white sheets and pillows. Nothing fancy with this motel but everything works and for an overnight stay with a small dog, it is ideal. The only unusual element is that the office is not open for check-in. You call a phone number and a woman talks you through where to find the key and your room number. We didn't need to talk directly to staff so no problem for us."
