"This is an amazing hotel. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is excellent and within walking distance of many attractions. We had to change our room because the AC was not working and the staff upgraded us to a much larger room and the AC worked fine. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that’s planning to stay in Vicenzia."

"Check in was easy as there is always someone at the front desk. Room was spacious and clean. It's about a 15-20 min walk to the historic centre, and a 20 min walk to the train station. Breakfast was included for us and the it was a buffet style with lots of options. Highly recommend."
"Nice staff although additional costs such as use of pool and swim caps weren't explained to us prior, despite having called before arriving and being told the swim pool was included in our price.
Very dated rooms and the hotel lobby is a complete mess with furniture everywhere. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi looked out onto a small maintenance area that wasn't very nice to look at."

"Room was very spacious and clean. Facility is old but clean. Price for breakfast was very reasonable and small amount of foods on buffett bar but staff kept up with replenishing foods - this kept food fresh. Parking was free and plenty spaces were availble."
