"The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and clean. The beds and bedding are very nice. The room was very clean. I just wish the breakfast was included, but I read the description wrong and it said breakfast available, not included."

"Check in was okay but when I got to the room it went downhill shade was broken curtain was ripped off the rod and telephone did not work mind you room was facing parking lot then drove back to the front desk to see if I can switch rooms they told me maintenance has to come to see if they can fix the issue then it took them 45 minutes for them to come they came shade would not come down ripped the curtain off the rod and phone still did not work and they had the nerve to say all fixed went back...

"When we arrived for check-in we arrived 3 1/2 hrs after the check-in time and our room wasn't even clean. The bed sheets were not changed and the garbage wasn't picked up. The toilet seat had human feces. We notified the front desk and they went out of their way to change our sheets, take care of the garbage left behind and clean the restroom. The front desk staff were very friendly & professional. We were informed by one of the workers that were having issues with the house keeping staff not...

"After we lost power this week, we needed a place to stay. They were very welcoming to our local family. The front desk person was concerned for our inconvenience of having to find a place to stay until our power was restored. The place was clean. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Next time we have out of town visitors or we need a place to stay we will definitely contact them."
