"Hotel is very well situated near good restaurants, pub and music. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very small with barely room for our not large bags. As with many hotels in Europe/UK and even the US, there is little room for luggage so it is frustrating having to step around luggage on the floor. Often for two travelers, two luggage racks and room to set them up would be great. We had a room with a bathtub/shower combo. The floor was very very slippery so we mentioned to staff...
"Other than the loud noises at all hours of the night (and morning) from other guests this place was great. And you might be thinking “how is that the hotel’s fault?”. I can assure you that when you receive a knock at 3 am on your door from someone going down the hallway and knocking on everyone’s door that you too will be looking to place blame somewhere. Maybe some signs, a reminder at checkin, some cameras, something that reminds people to be courteous, because apparently they need to be...
"I had the pleasure to stay at this quaint little B & B last night and I would definitely visit again! The hosts were extremely helpful and the room that I had was perfect for me but also would have been great if my husband was traveling with me too. The location was absolutely perfect for an easy walk to dinner followed by an ice cream and a walk along the water front before dinner. The property is 170 years old and it was fabulous!"
"I can't express how wonderful our stay here was. The airline lost my daughter's luggage and we asked the hostess if there was anywhere around that we could go and pick up essentials. She took great detail explaining the area and our options. It didn't end there. As she lived close to the property, she went the extra mile to go home and brought back a bag of clothes for my daughter. This was so appreciated as the coat was in her luggage and she was able to wear the donated coat for the...
"Like a dream! Do yourself a favor and book a stay here. The views and location can't be beat. We wish we had more time there. The staff, breakfast, accommodations, were all 5 star quality!"
"The view was spectacular! The host, Mike, made us feel right at home. He had lots of great suggestions for places to explore, sights to see and where to eat. I would pick this place again and again! Thank you!"
"Booked the wrong dates and asked staright away for a refund but that wasnt a possibility even tho it was a mistake and enough time to post it up for rent again "
"The stay was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room has everything you would need. The owner is available to speak to at any moment. The location and view from the room was perfect for exploring areas near by"
