"Nice spacious clean room, with comfortable bed, The staff was helpful and recommended a great restaurant nearby. Directions to the railroad station nearby got us on the train in time, too."
"Best hotel in Este by far. Beautiful sprawling grounds overlooking the castle. Excellent staff and service. Only downside was that the room was very hot when I arrived and it took the Aircon 3 hours to cool it down. After that it was fine."
Klimaanlage kaputt (Aussentemparatur 35 Grad), Hotel insesamt sehr schmutzig, einige tote Mäuse entdeckt, Personal sehr unfreundlich. Noch nie so etwas erlebt!!!!"
"Cameta molto piccola e datata. Comunque materasso molto comodo.
Personale molto disponibile e cordiale
