"Room was very clean. And staff helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Also, breakfast really good from a bakery a few step from hotel. Highly recommend"

There were free hot drinks and a kitchen if you would like...

They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
