"Very clean hotel, Offers breakfast, but I did not use. Communications due to it being self check-in were very detailed and clear. Close to city points of interest. Quiet room with everything you need in a hotel room."
"The breakfast buffet is 100% worth it. Amazing variety. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Only issues we had was with an odd and very loud screeching draft noise coming from under the door. We had to put a towel under the room door to tolerate it. We also didn’t request room service but they came in anyways after a few days, that was definitely off putting."
"Small room. Could have left more tea bags (only left two/day), no sugar or creamer. No coffee. Bathroom floor gets soaked when showering therefore quite slippery. Hallway leading to room very dark, minimal lighting. Room a bit hot had to open window which only helped a little."
"Very large place, with full refrigerator, stove and microwave - even has a washer and dryer. Heating is in the floor, so slow to adjust to the temperature you want, but calling the property management was helpful in trouble-shooting what we should do to get the place cooler (in September!). Walkable to the new old town section and right across the street from a Netto. Very handy location."
"We had to walk outside the main hotel to get to another building. It was cold an rainy dragging bags up steps! The shower leaked water all over the bathroom. I would not stay again, but it was a little run down in some spots."
"Great location. We stayed here twice, beginning and end of our journey around the ring road. Got two different sizes of rooms. Definitely suggest the bigger rooms. The smaller room has very little space for suitcases. You can walk to lots of shops and restaurants and the church. We just parked our car and walked everywhere. You can't leave your car across the street from the hotel (in a P1 spot) longer than 3 hours. So pick a P2 or P3 or a parking garage."
"Loved our stay here. Clean and posh. Two free tickets to the town pool/sauna/hot tub were included with our room and there was a nice free breakfast. Score! Staff was pleasant. The lounge area downstairs is really cool and we enjoyed happy hour and the different restaurants downstairs. Fish and chips were soooo good. Would absolutely stay again!"
"The place was clean and neat. However the room was not very spacious and somewhat congested with the kitchenette. But it was okay for a few days Stay while exploring Reykjavik. There was plenty of shopping places and eateries nearby. Bus stop 12 is a short walk only if you are taking any day excursions. Also flybus BSI stand is only a little over a mile from the hotel if you are taking the bus from the airport. Staff was cordial and available."
"Location was excellent, grocery store around the corner and having a well equipped kitchen was helpful. Quick walk to everywhere we wanted to go, free parking was competitive, but accessible. Once construction completes next door, it will be much better, but they only worked business hours, so it wasn’t terribly disturbing. I would stay here again on a return trip."
