"Great location, but unfortunately, the lack of heating really let our stay down. When we asked why the heating wasn’t on, we were told something about the local government having to authorise it, which seemed rather strange considering the reception area was absolutely boiling hot! "All great"

"Great location, breakfast was good and staff were friendly. We’d definitely stay again."

"The rooms were very nice, and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located and easy to walk around the city."

"A very clean and spacious room (small double) in a central hotel. But what made our stay special was the very professional and lovely members of staff, everyone was brilliant!"

"Pretty good as a solo traveler, the bus also stops literally in front of the hotel to go downtown which was very convenient."

"Top accommodation, good position, great breakfast, super clean."

"Nice space for 3 people but the 3rd bed was very uncomfortable"

"room extra clean staff extremely helpfull breakfast has much as you like was not needed"

"Late arrival as our plane landed at 10.30 pm. Excellent after hours instructions made for a seamless registration and entry."

"Ottima la posizione Camere poco insonorizzate"

"Nicest staff at check in and breakfast. Peaceful balcony overlooking the lake. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and old town."
