"Arrived Friday night no towels could not shower to go to our event had to go buy towels. The front desk said they were being washed. Came back that night was handed two towels from the pool area and two wash cloths. Next morning cleaning said same thing towels being washed. Told her haven’t had any since we checked in. She came back about 20 minutes later with towels and washcloths. Very disappointed never experienced anything like this before and front desk demeanor was like it was no big...

"There was a small hiccup with entering the property but Brian came out and let us in without any fuss and promised to fix it. And it was some in a jiffy. I say this to indicate responsiveness of the owner. We didn't have any interaction with Brian again but he left a friendly presence throughout our stay. The place was cozy, cute, and peaceful for the romantic getaway we wanted. Really had a peaceful time."
