"Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were very good (choice, portions, and taste). We found the options of rolls with drinks at breakfast a great cost effective option for those with smaller appetites and the kids. Plenty of parking. "This property is central to the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and it is excellent value for money. We are booked to go again in December."

"This was a wonderful place. Friendly, welcoming staff! Lovely comfortable room. It was only about a 9 minute drive to the center of Perth. I would definitely stay there again."

"The staff were fantastic and so nice! Small and comfortable area. Easy to get around and only a 10 minute walk to the bus/train station."

"Quick easy check in. Clean hotel. Breakfast service perfect. Very helpful staff. Great hotel overall"

"Dirty hotel. In need of upkeep. Carpets dirty. Very little in the way of amenities. Very basic breakfast."

I requested housekeeping twice — each time they came and simply remade the bed with the same used sheets and left the same used towels. No linen change, no fresh towels, nothing replaced. For a family stay this is completely unacceptable. Staff were...
