"Very attentive staff. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Right in the middle of it all. A minor note, the front facing rooms can be a little noisy as there are several bars on that street and the AC was not available as it was now cooler in the evening (late September). Really great value for the money."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tesara in Prizren. The hotel is a little outside the old city, but for me, that actually worked perfectly. I spent the day exploring the beautiful old town and then returned to Tesara to relax and sleep. Since I was leaving Prizren the next day, the location was also very convenient for getting back on the road.
The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.
A great...
"We had a pleasant stay at Adler Hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the location and parking were excellent.
One staff member went above and beyond and brought me tea bags when they weren’t available in our room, which I really appreciated.
The room was clean and comfortable. The quilt cover on the bed was a single size, even though the bed was a double/queen size, and there was no quilt inside it. I asked for another quilt cover, but was given a sheet instead....
"We made a reservation and when we got to the hotel, the staff told us that we had no real reservation made, even though we paid the fee online with Expedia for a room and then the staff demanded cash in order for us to get a room therefore we were charged double."
"Staff was friendly, breakfast was really good. The only part we did not like was their technique of housekeeping. Yes, the room was cleaned well, but there was a rule that there had the be a 3 day gap between cleanings. Second part was time of cleaning, it would not be done while we were out of the room during the day. By the time we returned in the afternoon, either the room cleaning was still being done where we had to wait in the lobby or the cleaning would not have even started. "
"Nice hotel with very helpful & professional staff and a nice little spa area. Great view to the lake from our big room, nice big balcony too. Restaurant was great, food was delicious! Breakfast was good too. The hotel was basically empty when we visited, so we got to enjoy the spa alone :) We would stay here again, even though it was a bit pricey for the area."
"The property is one floor at the top of the building and the elevator is shared with a residential property that does not have sufficient security in my opinion.
The restaurant on the Hotel Floor is EXCELLENT and the staff are helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. The restaurant is exceptional, with sweeping views of the whole city. I cannot stress enough how excellent the restaurant is.
However, as with many places in this region, smoking is allowed inside at restaurants, and the hotel...
