"Lovely staff and breakfast..very close to the beach!"

"Misleading information on website. This was NOT a wheelchair accessible room as the shower was a step over cubicle and no handrails or equipment around the toilet area. To access the ‘disabled’ toilet off the dining room area you would have to negotiate a 10” step up and then down a 6” step. Again no rails or toilet equipment. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough. The lovely receptionist was very apologetic and sourced us another hotel locally which had a wheelchair accessible...

Un gros point negatif est la musique à fond presque toute la journée et surtout jusqu'à 1 heure du matin. Nous etions sur la zone Torre et avions les enceintes face à nous et la musique nous a beaucoup gênés pour dormir. "Exceptionally friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a clean and beautiful pool with a bar that serves food at lunchtime. The hotel is a bit aged but it’s still very decent! Two negatives were the very hard and uncomfortable mattresses and that the pool is accessible for people outside of hotel guests."
