"The main thing that makes this hotel excellent is by far the absolutely amazing staff. We cannot say enough great things about these really great people. In all of our travels, we have never come across a more genuine and caring group of individuals. The hotel is run by 7 stellar staff, who work tirelessly around the clock.
Hotel manager, Sanjog, was so helpful and polite and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay.

"This unique small hotel offers a beautiful view of the lake. One can sit in the top floor restaurant enjoying delicious, freshly prepared food while gazing at the peaceful view of hills embracing the tranquil lake. The owner is a very talented wood carver. All the furnishings in the guest rooms are beautifully carved. Even the hangers! A truly unique experience!"
"The pictures on their website site are very deceiving and do not look the same. Please do not book the cottage jungle view room since it’s not in the main hotel and it’s on next to main hotel which looks like a small hut. Also, there was a constant cow noise the whole night and we were unable to sleep. I requested to cancel one night which we didn’t stay after encountering the issue but staff were unable to help us even though they seem cooperative.
I am really disappointed with my stay here."
"Room does not have basic I don't like as a glass. When I ask for a glass to drink water he be was very rude with me. And safe clearly that they won't be available all the time. I ask them this is a hotel the stop should be available 24/7 or atliste Edison hour the something I can expect.

"we requested for airport pick up, it was easy to set it up, upon entrance area feels super safe, clean and the front entrance is just wow, its dense with full of flowers, trees with nice outdoor seating if you love that. The receptionist was quick and helpful to help us rent a scooter, our deluxe room was clean, tidy and bright, with a balcony. overall nice and quiet stay, they have food/drinks so its was nice. Hotel itself is few mins away from the lake, so for us it was great. must visit if...
