"We didnt stay because they didnt have a wheelchair accessible room. We had reserved that specific room. When questioned why the room wasn't available Taylor told us it was because we had reserved it through Expedia and they had "tried" to contact us. Because we had already checked in before going to the room Taylor told us he couldn't cancel because we already checked in. He said the manager would be back Mon and deal with the refund. We have not been able to get in contact with "the manager"...

"Stayed in a kind room with a jacuzzi tub (handicapped room) it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good with a wide selection of hot foods. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had plenty of room, and the room was very clean. Perfect hotel for our weekend away."

"Clean room. Though the timer to turn on the jetted tub was being supplemented by a pair of pliers as the replacement part was on order. The exercise equipment (elliptical and bike) were rusted and nearly non functional but the free weights had a good selection and were in good condition. Attempted to use the pool once during the four day, three night stay. It was dead bolted locked during hours of operation with no signage as to why. Breakfast was hot. Nothing to rave about but if your goal is...

"First I’d like to say there is effort at this property. Meaning it is being renovated. All new furniture, paint, carpet. Things I found that need to be addressed. First the tv in our room did not work. Called front desk and couldn’t figure it out. 2nd we asked about where the pool is, to find the pool green, dirty and not suitable for anyone to swim in it. Further more, our ac unit in the room barely worked, the microwave blew when we used it. The shower head is old and rusty needs to be...
