"We stayed at Hotel Santika for two nights. As a stop station after a long holiday in Gili islands, our stay at the hotel was perfect. For our family (with kids) we stayed in 2 superior rooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is also perfect with a lot of traditional foods. What is quite remarkable for us was the dinner with live accoustic music...very relaxing. Thank you , we would definetely come back again."

"Location was good, near downtown, near to where I need to conduct my business. May not be a good choice for those going to Lombok for leisure, as it is quite far from the beach. Room cleanliness was ok, but blanket, bedsheet, and towels were kind of yellowish in color, as in old yellow, not stained yellow. The management really need to assign some funds to replacing the old stuffs."

"Room: Great individual bungalows made out of wood. The bungalows were clean and spacious. The only downside is the bathroom. Bathroom is outdoor (surrounded by tall walls) which means lots of mosquito bites everytime you need to use the toilet, shower or sink. Amenities: A. The pool was nice and always clean. "I was the first customer in their new hotel rooms, while the staff are getting to grips with running a hotel they are learning fast and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are brand new and well designed, very comfortable and with a great view over the yacht club and water. The restaurant and bar serves great food and is an amazing space, open to the breeze and the same great view. It’s close to the mainland, just a quick hop on their boat, it’s a bit further to the best snorkeling...

"It was very nice to tri this Hotel for one night. We were the only ones on the resort!! Very beautiful resort with hut house. Some have 2 floors and others on the seafront with open air!! We also had a/c in the room although it is not really insulated !! We are very good !! The swimming pool is also very beautiful and a large part with little water allows you to relax on a chair. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, wish they had better water quality, maybe just installing filter system as the "running" water is salty due to the well not hitting true fresh water. Food is overall very good, wish there was a little more variety as after a few days I exhausted my choices. Property is very isolated so not options for a quick lunch or dinner outside.
