"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. A single motorbike arrived, and we needed to wait quite some time for a second bike. We told the hotel porter and our bikers we wanted to go to Longonot, however they decided to take us to Hells Gate. Along the way, the bikers...

On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. "Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. And have not refunded my money"

"The was confusion and I ended up staying at the resort. I would have been very disappointed to stay at the hotel with the money I paid. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful and my room was very quiet. The breakfast was super. Although the resort is in Karagita, I never experienced anything negative. The lighting in the room should be improved since some people come to work not just leisure."

"It is quite an good option for business travel and for visiting areas located on south lake road. Still with Taxi or car Naivasha town is reachable in relatively short time. The are is quiet at night. Nice big rooms, very polite and helpful staff. What I miss to make it perfect for business is a good equipped gym and a onsite Spa service (Sauna and massages) attending in late hours. allowing to relax after long work-days. In terms of food, I would suggest, make a lesser menu, During my stay it happened frequently, that items of menu are not available. That is annoying. If you can not make sure to provide something always, just do not have it on the menu at all. I would suggest, choose few, but very good and very tasty options as entrance, main and deserts, instead of hundreds of items, but procure to have it always available and in the best quality probably possible."
