"Unfortunately we stayed during a weekend where there was youth athletic sports teams staying over so there were kids running around yelling until 11pm and as early as 6am so didn’t get much sleep. Besides that the staff was extremely nice and check in was quick. Bathrooms could use an update. "

"Only one bank of elevators to take us to our room on the second floor which was a pretty far walk with all of our stuff (no carts to use). Also disappointed there was no working ice machine to be found ( all 3 I located were inoperable). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but right next to I76 made for a bit of a noisy sleep). Felt a bit overpriced for $230 a night (including tax). "

There was one lady working the breakfast who was particularly rude. She was prepping to close the doors when I asked to come in to get some almond milk. I had my 5 year old son with me. Cons: stall cigarette smell everywhere especially the 2nd floor, staff is disorganized and unsure of basic things in area, only 2 towels availing a double room.
