"The hotel is in a central location, so it is very noisy, which is expected. The rooms are quite small, with dated decor and in need of some maintenance, especially considering the price. The shower is tiny.
We had an issue with the air-conditioning, but the owner personally came and resolved it, which we appreciated. The view from our room was lovely, although we couldn’t keep the door open due to the traffic noise.
The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi worked...

"The hotel, specifically our area, smelled like sewer emanate. The hotel was aware because there were air freshener sticks EVERYWHERE. The photos of the room were greatly misleading. Split screen was prepared to give the room appearance of double size. Conflicting information at every turn. Maybe that was a language barrier. Nicely located though. Breakfast was required to order the night prior. Ok. Lots of extras at the buffet table made wrong choices at ordering correctable."
"Schone kamer, vriendelijke personeel maar er was in het hotel niet veel. De receptie ed waren allemaal in het hotel waar dit een dependance van is. De lounge en receptie waren zelfs weg in het pand. De kamers waren rustig en niet gehorig en werden iedere dag schoon gemaakt. Het strand was op een paar stappen afstand"
"The property was beautifully decorated. Clean and very accommodating. The room was very spacious.. The breakfast was fine as long as you’re not looking for a hot meal. There was no eggs or bacon. There was a ton of pastry, yogurt or fruit, juice , cereal, and coffee.
Parking is terrible. The hunt to find a place to park is painful and you have to pay to park your car and walk very far away.
Air conditioning can be set to whatever you want it to be set at as long as you are in the room. When...
"Here is the only place to stay while visiting this area. Such a beautiful oasis you enter when you drive in the front gates. The gardens are just beautiful. Excellent ammenities are supplied in spades. By far the most exceptional part of your stay is the service provided by Francesco, Emanuele and in particular daughter Aurelia Giulia. Such a pleasure to meet this amazing Family & Property. The breakfast provided is an event not to be missed. Just amazing!!!
