"Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless."
"Air conditioning did not work in mid-May but I think it’s because the season is early. It probably will work in June. Breakfast was simple but good. Pool was very nice. Room had a TV which was nice but the bathroom felt really outdated and always smelled like chlorine for some reason. Balcony was really nice. "

"We stayed here for 1 week and made the most of it despite some things that were lacking. Our room was okay aesthetically and had a great shower and air con. The breakfast was okay, very basic, and the views from the terrace are beautiful out to sea.
We usually like to sit around the pool and have a few drinks in the evening but the bar was only open for drinks on request up until 3pm, if you can find a member of staff that is. The staff, whilst trying to be pleasant, you get the feeling they...
"Staff is very friendly but they did not fix issues when requested, shower wouldn’t drain, wasn’t repaired for the week we were there. Water not potable but no bottled water provided on arrival. Breakfast ok but don’t waste your money on the dinner - just awful. Nice beach a few steps away."
