"The location was great, convenient to all the things a visitor would want to do. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would absolutely recommend this hotel."
"The hotel is well-located close to the main city area but is dated and not well-maintained. Our room was uncomfortably small even though we had supposedly booked one of the larger rooms. Our bed was pushed up against one of the walls so getting out to use the restroom at night was uncomfortable for both people in bed, Parts of the bathroom weren't clean when we arrived. Overall it felt like the rooms and amenities weren't well situated or maintained, and for the price, the value was very low."
"Awesome hotel. Incredible views. Staff were incredibly helpful. Arad (Rad) was very helpful in helping us deal with a highly stressful situation. But overall, great experience"
"Wow, I was amazed when I walked into the room to discover it had aircon installed. Switzerland was still experiencing the effects of a late heatwave, so this was an unexpected surprise. The hotel is smack bang in the middle of town, accessible by walking or many busses almost at the doorstep. It was right on the fringe of the Old Town, with many interesting walks, views, restaurants nearby. Although my room was small, it had everything I needed, including a proper shower with doors, small...
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again."
"This was a lovely hotel excellent position good value for money & the staff were wonderful very helpful nothing was too much trouble for them
Great restaurants & a nice little bar nearby
Would definitely stay there again
Made the end of our holiday even more enjoyable"
"This has to be the worst ever property I have stayed at. The standard of the property furniture was poor and not operational. Many many things were broken such as the toilet, fridge, kitchen tap, hob hood, toilet door etc. the visit was a total disaster. We raised our concern immediately with the lady who checked us in and we were promised a Handyman to come and fix the issues but they did not turn up at all. Despite my complaint to the rep when we checked out nobody has contacted us. I am...
"The staff was friendly and very helpful. Esther assisted us with an issue we had with the cooling system. Person at the front reception was good and quick checking us in. Also saw both were efficient and friendly with other guests. Breakfast staff was attentive and the food was very good. Location was great and bus access was near if one did not wish to walk to the town center. We will stay here when we return to Luzern."
"The views are spectacular. We stayed on the 4th floor facing lake Lucerne. Breakfast buffet is a nice touch. Staff is very friendly. The pool is heated and lovely!"
