"As soon as we arrived, Paolo told us everything we needed to know about where to go, what to do and what his favorite restaurants were. His advice served us well. Breakfast was delicious and the cook was friendly and shared interesting stories. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but very small. I don’t know where we would have put the luggage if we had not had hand luggage. The hotel is well located, close to Leder Street, museums, old churches and the bus station. "

"A very old-style hotel. Breakfast was ok, no more. But the staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived over 4 hours before checkin, and they did everything they could to give me the room as soon as possible. I also received a room upgrade and several bottles of wine "on the house".
