Le buffet en libre service du soir est mauvais, il n’y a pas de choix et ce n’est pas bon. J’aurais dû dîner en dehors de l’hôtel"
"Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area."
"Wonderful staff, nice room (a bit noisy from neighbours though), excellent breakfast. The proximity to the Charante river was amazing, but the area was also a bit rough.
I also very kind support from the lady in the reception when I had an accident.

"From the moment we first arrived we were greated with a warm and friendly smile to help us get settled in with ease. The location is superb - being just less than a leisurely 10 minute walk to the different shops and eateries downtown. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient. The staff was very helpful with everything - including securing a taxi at one of the busiest times of the year! 10/10 Highly Recommend"
