Reported to reception, but they couldn't do anything until maintenance came in the morning. The following day, there was no hot water for the shower and then this happened every morning until we left. Occasionally it came through, so we had to have a very quick shower."

"Travelled to these apartments for a family ski holiday. Apartments lovely and new, plenty of communal space, full size fridge and oven/hob. Bedrooms on the small side and no wardrobes, just drawers and hooks. Hotel just next door with facilities - 2 restaurants, gym and swimming pool. Bit more of a walk to the ski bus stops than we realised but proximity to town and shops etc meant this location worked well for us. "

"I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...

"This is a trailer house sort of a property, no toiletries. No linen (you pay for it) and very ordinary amenities. House was dirty, we left it cleaner than we got it."

"This is a beautiful location. The landscape is spectacular and keeps surprising with its beauty as the light changes. Make sure you take a walk down to the water front in the evening. This is perfect spot if you are driving from Oslo to Flam wanted to enjoy Norwegian landscape. Leave early in the morning to Flam you will love the drive there are may tunnel on the way to Flam and narrow roads but the view is spectacular. Watch out for those Sheep its their country so respect their space and...

"A good place to stay for up to 8 people. Well-equipped kitchen and quite new. Best for staying at least a few days because the bed linen charge is 16 euro per person. This price (160KR) is not listed on the Expedia advertisement as it should be (just that there is a charge). We just made a 1-night stopover with 4, so it became a considerably more expensive option therefore."
