"We went to my son’s game and decided to stay the night. It was so close to his dorm since it was on campus. The breakfast and staff were great and the ice cream was a special surprise."

"The cabin was very nice and spacious. The kitchen had a microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The beds were comfortable and when we needed to get a hold of staff last minute they were very helpful."

"We had a great stay at Conestoga Ranch, and the wagons themselves were comfortable. We visited over the busiest weekend of July 4th, and that’s where some things fell short. And you can’t forget the raspberry shake - I appreciate you very much - thank you!!!"

The extremely cheap propane BBQ was placed in the patio (or on the balcony, for upper floors), underneath the flammable overhang above...a fire waiting to happen. Everything about the place reeked of cheapness. The owners are absentee landlords who use a lousy property management company, which failed to communicate important access information to us prior to our trip, apparently...
