"Conveniently located 10 min walk to the airport. My room was very small and downstairs, it looked like a cave or dungeon. The bathroom in the airplane was larger than the one in the rooom. Also, only two towels total. Really? No coffee maker, no fridge. Very basic."
"This is our second time staying in hotel Britannique and enjoyed both stays equally well. The location in Paris is superb right beside the Louvre meaning everything is a short walk away. The hotel is romantic and quaint. I’ve recommended it to several friends and they enjoyed their stays too. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We are already planning our next visit."

"I had a wonderful stay here. There was a problem with the exterior shutter in my room. Maintenance staff were not able to solve it as a short term repair, and they immediately moved me to another room. The staff were wonderfully responsive and accommodated a subsequent move as well. Location was wonderful and could walk easily to Sacre Coeur. I would stay there again when visiting Paris."
"We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the AC worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was great.
The only downside was the lack of a small fridge in the room and the bathroom exhaust fan, which could be a little stronger. Adding these two things would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The location was perfect as it's close to Gare du Nord. We arrived early and left our luggage in storage until check in time and headed out to explore. Staff was very friendly. I booked a cosy single room and it was very small as I expected however the placement of the sink right next to the shower made getting in and out a challenge as the doors either opened in or out and if anyone is bigger than me (I am average size) I'm not sure they would be able to fit and have a comfortable shower. "The front of house staff and the cleaning staff were absolutely amazing and do a wonderful job. The hotel is a little hard to find, but it is very clean, thanks to its hard working staff.
The problem is that the hotel is beginning to show its age. furniture had bits hanging off, the duvet cover had a hole, the lifts had this odd quirk of cancelling the floor you'd chosen and just taking you to the top of the building.
Oh, I forgot, The beds are far too soft and the lift that brings you up...
"This was a great hotel. The location was centrally situated and a less than 1 minute walks to a Metro station. The room was clean and up to date. The Air Conditioner worked perfectly. I would of loved a balcony room maybe in my next visit. I definitely recommend this hotel. There are so many different options to dine and shop in the area. Let’s not forget that the flowers that were pre ordered were beautiful."
