"Lovely little privately run hotel in centre of town. There is free parking out back in public car park. Don't make the mistake I did and drive in the front entrance, as the only option is to reverse back out onto the main road!"

"A lovely little hotel close to the centre of town. Room was not big but it’s layout was obviously well thought out with plenty of places to put things away and a good desk. Unlike most hotels here they did have a couple of British entertainment channels on tv. Breakfasts were normal continental but well laid out and in a bright airy room."

"Good value hotel with nice restaurant, the hotel fronted on to a busy road which might be a disturbance for those guests at the front, but we were at the side/rear. Facilities in the bedroom were good. It is on the edge of town so it is quite a walk to the town/village centre, but a pleasant place to stay."

"The rooms were clean and welcoming, and the layout was especially pleasing to our teenage son. He enjoyed a second level loft with his own bed and a private space. The best thing about the stay was the food! The dinner was incredible, and the courses were excellent. The breakfast was also very pleasing. We especially appreciated the friendly staff and their help with a mechanic when our car was having engine problems. The owner graciously let us stay late and ensured that we were...

"Great. Short walk to town. Comfortable bedroom, lovely shower room with nice toiletries and details, like a wash mitt.Big car park. Didn't eat so not sure on food. No drink making facility in room which would be nice. Nice and quiet (in a back bedroom) Ideal as a stop over on way to South (or on way back!) "
