"We stayed to travel on the Bernina Express and the hotel was perfect for that. It is only 200 metres from the entrance to the station. Comfy bed, good restaurant and everything we needed for our overnight. Only downside is no aircon which could be bad in high temperatures, although the rest of the restaurant has aircon and they do supply a fan. Also ladies, if you need it bring your own hairdryer!! The one supplied is not great!!"
"Very close to the station. Staff reinforced our choice of restaurant we booked dinner for. We awoke to pouring rain and thunderstorm, so decided to have breakfast instead of take the early Bernina train to Chur."
"Great Italian alpine hotel withing walking distance to AMAZING skiing. Nice buffet breakfast included in the morning, and the bar and dinner are a great way to unwind after an amazing day of skiing. I was there for the olyimpic downhill race and it was conveniently close to Bormio. Lauren was working the bar and front desk and did a fabulous job. Stayed an extra night, and intend to return! Thank you so much for your hospitality. "

Habitación con mucho encanto, con comodidades modernas y magníficas vistas al río. Super céntrico y con párking económico. La única pega, el desayuno un poco pobre. Genial para hacer excursiones de montaña, esquí o subir al bernina express como hicimos nosotros. Por supuesto que volveremos! 😊😊"
"This is a great hotel. Good parking good wifi, the staff a great, good restaurant great amenities. The room was big with great ensuite very clean. Well maintained. I can't recommend this hotel enough."

Amazing breakfast. The only downside to me was the lack of customer service. Not allowing to check in 90 minutes earlier when there were plenty of rooms available and not being receptive to customers that pay your bills and put food on your table to me is not a good way to do business. But as a hotel definitely a great place to stay."
"Clean room, and good shower, but we had to ask for more toiletries (small sachets).
No a/c or fan in the room, and no minibar.
Good bar by reception, where you can buy a small water bottle for 1 euro, and a 1-litre bottle for 2 euros.
Breakfast was appropriate (with homemade cakes/ pastries ), and the food at the restaurant was very good.
Local specialities, as well as pizza.
The hotel is a little dated.

"Restaurant of high quality ( and fairly pricey) was terribly let down by scruffy badly dressed unshaven waiters. This class of restaurant surely shouldn’t close one night a week either.
