"Staff at the hotel were very helpful.
It took me a while to be able to change some details of my reservation.
I went with a limited movement relative but the hotel is not well equipped to manage this, missing ramps, missing pool seats, etc.

Pool was well maintained, highlight of the hotel, of note, it is from a hot spring, so it is for relaxing, which it was.
Overall, we go there as it is one of the three places where you can get hot spring water in...
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Campanario. Every staff member was so helpful and friendly. They were always making sure the guests had everything they needed. We slept so peacefully, with the sound of the fountain in the courtyard."
"Worst property ever I’ve stayed in 10 dollar hostels that were better no tv and the doors were tiny like 5,9 ft tiny plus got charged an extra 20 dls when I got there"
