"The beddings when we arrived is not new because i saw alot of hair on the bed sheets. The second day they changed the sheets coz my daughter made a mess and i saw alot of difference between the first day . So watched out your beddings if it is new."

"Convenient location close to Zurich HB Railway station. Noisy air/conditioner, and a lot of road noise at night. Ok if you are a heavy sleeper. Room was adequate and slightly larger than expected but basic.
Breakfast was good, not lavish but something for everyone and was fresh.
Check is automated, however, we hadn’t received the check in email on arrival which gives you access to your room so arranged a physical key instead.

"There’s no AC in this property. For an extra 20 francs you could be upgraded to a room with an AC unit. However you can’t adjust the climate (beacause of city law) therefore you’re in the same hot room as before.
I left the property 2 hours after I went into my room and moved to another hotel with AC and no restrictions."

This hotel can be easily reached from the Zürich train station by tram #4. The property and rooms are clean overall. The rooms have AC, though not as efficient as the US HVAC standard.
