"Location was great, but be aware, although it is advertised that there is a lift in the hotel, it is NOT to all rooms. Apparently according to the first guy at reception who was quite rude and obnoxious, when I said that it was the main reason I booked the hotel, you had to write to them as a special request in order to get a room accessible by the lift. Also the rooms are tiny. There is no real space to keep open a medium to large size bag. The bed was about 10cm of the wall on one side and a...

"Great place to stay if you want to tour Venice without actually staying in the Lagoon. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. It's a really short walk to the train station (€1.50 to catch it) and was reasonably priced. There is a parking garage just down the street which was discounted for hotel guests. The buffet breakfast was average, and the train was a bit loud, but overall a nice place to stay."

"Hotel propre et bien situé pour se déplacer mais un peu déçu, car durant mon séjour les serviettes ne sont pas remplacées."

"Beautiful location ! Very clean hotel ! Good breakfast , very close to the train station 5 min walk ! Excellent"

"Lovely clean hotel, rooms were pleasant and clean, bed comfy. We didn’t enjoy breakfast struggled to get a table, coffee machine broken, didn’t think the quality of the food was up to much but I’m not a huge breakfast fan anyway so wasn’t really bothered. However, we had an evening meal one night during our stay and it was dreadful - my carbonara was hard, cold and bland the quality of my husbands burger was awful it was like mush had better from a burger van. I also ordered a cafe latte but...

"Basic room clean no minibar in room Central location near tram and bus to main station. 20 min walk Ideal if you are in a budget to access Venice Front reception very helpful"

"Ultimately this was such a cool place to stay. The location is great if you want to hit the tourist traps or even better is enjoying the local spots close by. The bed was clean, bathroom had good space, and the rooms were a great temperature. On the down side the WiFi was very spotty in our rooms, and the old carpet might turn some people off. However this served as a fantastic home base for our three night stay, I will go back."
