"Lovely staff. Nice room and plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. the breakfast was good . Great area, close to lots of restaurants etc. I was on the 3rd floor and there were lots of stairs as they don’t have a lift so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues.
I would recommend this hotel."

"Great location with quick access to pedestrian area, lots of restaurants and shops near by. Friendly staff with access to street parking. Nice breakfast provided. Our room was on top floor (no elevator) the wood beams were awesome and worth walk up."

Location was excellent being right by Council square and the bathroom literally with a view of Black church!

"Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS!
Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10!
Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!"
"The property was clean and the host was very helpful when we had to move rooms due to a pipe leak. The only downside to this hotel is that the walls are thin and it is in a very loud location."
"A lovely property, but this is not a hotel. There is no staff on site. We were required to communicate via What’sApp about the room and not in the Expedia app as I prefer. The breakfast is provided via local cafes—but it is all refined carbohydrates and not until after 8:30am. The option they specifically recommend is not open until 10am. There’s no whole grains, fruit or fresh diary available without an additional fee. I would not stay here a second time as there are other excellent options...
"The TV didn’t work. There is no stand up shower. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the room. Must go to another hotel for the free breakfast. Good location but I would not stay there again."
