"宿泊自体は快適だったが、子どもはタオルはありませんと言われて驚愕した。その代わりにサービスでとのことで、スリッパと歯ブラシが入ったポーチを頂いたが、個人的にはタオルの方がよほど必要（ホテル泊でタオル持参必要とは想像もしてないので）。3名で予約を取っているのだから、人数分のタオルは用意してもらいたい。用意しないのであれば少なくとも予約時に注意喚起して欲しかった。"

"The hotel looked new, almost out of place with the surrounding buildings. The suite was spacious, modern, and clean. Two TVs, ReFa and Dyson hair-care products, a massage chair, a large living area, and a double-mirror/sink bathroom with a "rain" shower were great. The view was also nice. The laundry room on the ninth floor was small, but efficient. The machines were a dual washer and dryer. They ran for two hours. A PIN code was required to open the machines, preventing items from being stolen....

"2日続けて東横インを利用しました。初日は他県の東横イン。機械によるチェックインの際に新青森では側にスタッフさんが居て多少フォローしながら画面を進めてくださり前日の対応とは異なっていました。しかも、会員カードの事を教えてくれたので入会しましたが前日にも作っていれば2日目のポイントも付いたのになぁと。 ともかも同じ事言ってました とは言え、初日のフロント対応も決して悪くはなかったです"
