"We only stayed for one night. Lovely clean room. Good Aircon. We had a balcony pool view. Although Coffee/Tea provided, there was no water/creamer/milk provided, so pointless really.
Its near music Square and the restaurants and shops and of course a short walk to the ferry."
"Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful.
The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure.
However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out."
"Struttura sulla spiaggia più bella del isola, a 5 km da Corralejo, 7 piani con capienza alta e frequentazione internazionale tra spagnoli, inglesi, tedeschi e italiani.
L'edificio principale ha necessità di manutenzione per quanto riguarda gli ascensori, le porte e alcuni bagni delle camere senza il bidet e con vasca adibita a doccia tramite una tenda. I letti hanno materassi abbastanza comodi ma divisi. Camere e spazi comuni molto puliti dei bagni, di sera cmq presenti alcuni scarafaggi...
"Soggiorno nel complesso positivo per la nostra famiglia di 4 persone. La camera è comoda e la posizione è davvero ottima: la spiaggia è vicinissima e nei dintorni si trova tutto il necessario tra bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca un contesto di puro relax e riposo. La pulizia della camera è stata sempre puntuale negli orari, anche se non sempre impeccabile. "La habitación sin aire acondicionado con un ventilador de pared en una sola zona y todas las zonas no exitia el aire teniendo placas solares en todo el hotel, éramos 4 personas donde pasamos mucho calor. No existe las toallas de piscina pagas 15 euros por toallas de depósito y cuando la regresa para el lavado 1 euros cuando pague por un todo incluido, me parece vergonzoso. La comida no es muy variada y calidad no era muy buena.
