"Loved the suite for 2 people. Traveled from Ohio for weekend to see Tulips and surrounding towns. Amenities were same as an AirBnb, except more affordable. Room & bathroom were exceptionally clean and updated. Loved all the space, including a rolling dining table, garbage disposal, dishwasher (no d/w tabs/cleanser), refrigerator/freezer and all the dishes you need for a long stay (only missing a wine opener). Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, historic downtown, and Veldheer...

"Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience."

"The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, you ordered any entree on the menu free. Although at booking it is an up charge for the breakfast package. Well worth it."

"Arrived to check in with 4 11-yr girls for a swim night. Was told the pool was closed for two weeks. I Canceled the reservation. Will need to file for refund. I reserved online, should have been notified the pool was closed!"
