"Great place. Location is in a nice neighbourhood which is away from the very touristy places a sense of calm. Much better priced than other hotels and granted it’s a three star hotel but it punched above its weight, focusing on cleanliness and simplicity apart from the breakfast buffet which was very comprehensive and worth the add-on. Staff were really pleasant too."
"Nice location close to city center. Requires going up 4-5 steps to enter the premises. Clean room. Efficient front desk. There is no breakfast on site although they do leave some fruit and yogurt in the refrigerator in the room and hang buns and pastries on your front door in the morning. The room is quite narrow - barely enough space on either side of the bed. The toilet and shower stall have very little space. Bathroom amenities did not include any conditioner or body lotion. "I just cant say enough about how much we loved our stay here. The room we had was quite large wiht a bad for our teenager, a kitchen and a washer/dryer. It was clean and well appointed. The communal dinner we ate at the hotel was one of the highlights of the trip. We made many new friends and loved the food. WE also had breakfast and coffe every day in the bar, and loved it. Overall the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, we hope to be back soon."
"The building is beautiful, but old. There is a public alley next to it that seems to be used on occasion by workers pushing carts at 2 AM. The wheels on the cobblestones make a racket. Not the hotel's fault, but...
The staff are a bit inconsistent. Some are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Others, not.

"It was adorable! Loved the room, the location was great and the breakfast was by far the best I have ever had anywhere. I would seriously go back to Copenhagen for that breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel..the staff was so friendly and the location perfect! Also the coffee was amazing as we sat on the balcony enjoying the surroundings as well
